Awesome band merch!

Solid experience, good quality

I bought a Brandit winter jacket and a couple of Funko Pop figures from Impericon. The ordering process was straightforward, and I used PayPal which was convenient. Shipping took about 6 days to reach me in Texas, which was expected coming from Europe. The jacket's quality feels good, nice and warm. One of the Funko Pop boxes had a minor crease, but the figure inside was fine. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking, they got back to me the next day. I'd definitely consider them again for future purchases, especially for specific band merch or alternative brands.

Good value on a hoodie

I was looking for a new band hoodie and Impericon had a sale section. I got a Parkway Drive hoodie for a decent price, about 30% off. Shipping wasn't free but it was still cheaper than other sites. Overall, a good deal on official merch.

Impericon sometimes has exclusive colorways or collabs that you can't find everywhere else, especially if they're band-related. Also, their sales can be pretty sweet if you catch them at the right time.

If you're already buying other merch from Impericon, it might make sense to just get the Vans there to save on shipping if you hit a free shipping threshold. Otherwise, probably just depends on who has the best price at the moment. Compare first!

I've ordered from them a few times to California. It's usually like 2-3 weeks, sometimes a bit faster depending on customs. Definitely not Amazon Prime speed, lol.

Returns are actually pretty straightforward, even internationally. You just gotta pay for the shipping back to them. They processed my refund pretty quick once they got it.

I returned a shirt last year. It wasn't 'free' return shipping for me in the US, but the actual process for getting an RMA and sending it back was fine. Just make sure it's within the return window.
